Just wanted to tell everyone about a phenomenal editor we lucked into for our half-hour eco-show.  Her name is Diannah Morgan.. Not only did she help us shape and pace the show but she created the most wonderful motion graphics and text to display the information we needed to put across to the audience simply, yet effectively.  She did better than that by making it beautiful and fun too.  She was a dream to work with -- creative, collaborative, funny and very talented.  Highly recommend Diannah for anyone's next project.  She onlined our show for us as well.  She could just do the titles and graphics on a project too.  Diannah's a master on Final Cut Pro (your place or hers) and also edits on the Avid.  She was a great find for us-- very indie-friendly and flexible.  We want to share the wealth and spread the word.
